Option 2 - 750 monthly (over $2600.00 in hourly value)
40 split hours or 8 full days per month
This is a 6 or 12 month contract that gives you the freedom to shoot anytime on your either your preferred days (scheduled at least one month prior) or you have the option of receiving a monthly code for 40 hours to split how you want, because sometimes we don’t know our schedule a month out.
for 750/month you have access to everything the studio offers.
Please note on Sunday’s in the summer there is the St. Albert Farmers Market from 10am-3pm. This may make it a challenge to find additional parking. We have 1 designated parking stall available as well as street parking outside of the studio. Feel free to monetize on this opportunity! You can put out a sign and have the door open for passerby’s to come see what you have to offer!
Included inside of the studio:
Prop furniture: Desk that doubles as vanity, Queen size bed, White sitting chair, Brown leather posing chair, Brown and black stool, cream sofa,, bathroom, mini fridge, gold stool, white throw blanket + throw pillows, faux fur rug. We also have a separate private stairwell with cabinet and hooks for storage, shoes etc. This is great for saving space inside of the studio. Possibility od adding your own storage in the hallway.
Our studio may seem small on paper at 325 sq. feet, but with 2 large walls of windows, a nicely lit blank wall, and easy to move furniture the possibilities are endless. You can use the sets as is (bed set up, couch set up, chair set up, desk set up, and empty window/wall space) or you can move things around to fit your needs. View our gallery here
With a 40 hour membership there may be 1 other photographer using the space as well as Nicole, (That’s me, hi!). The next tier up you will only be sharing the space with me and will have early access to your preferred dates/times.
